Zürich, January 2017
With this lavish offering, we are happy to work with “Bad Hunter”: the creative restaurant is very convincing with delicious, fresh and healthy meals in the form of wraps, salads and soups – all 100% vegetarian. They only cook with seasonal and local products. In Lausanne “Bad Hunter” has quickly become the place-to-be for Veggies lovers of and the health-concious crowd. They bring “healthy” to a new level and offer tasty, fun and colorful dishes – contrary to the prejudice that vegetarian food is boring. From February 2017, the concept will also conquer the Jelmoli FOOD MARKET: “We are looking forward to welcoming this innovative start-up. Sustainable use of our resources and food is more important than ever before – and that is precisely what “Bad Hunter” is about, “said Franco Savastano, CEO of Jelmoli.
Perfect Lunch & Dinner Take-away
Whether Kale Wraps, Fresh Fruit Smoothies or Lentil Soup – “Bad Hunter” offers the perfect take-away option for everyone. The creatively prepared vegetarian dishes play with combinations of grains, nuts and vegetables and thus serve healthy “super food”, through careful preparation and keeping high nutrient density. Thus, the dishes are neither fried, roasted, baked or grilled, but merely steamed. This leaves the meals in their most natural and tasteful form, unnecessary additives such as fat, salt and sugar are reduced to a minimum. Finally, the word “vegetarian” comes from the Latin “vegetus”, which means “fresh & lively”.
“Bad Hunter” will be available from the 8th of February in the New Wave Take-Away in the underground foodcourt at Jelmoli. The Veggie provider replaces the Hiltl Takeaway.
